Thing I have not ever known: Pittsburghers measure distance in time. Example:
Person 1: How far is it to Morgantown?
Person 2: Oh, an hour, and hour fifteen.
Apparently the rest of the world measures distance in miles. This knowledge makes so many odd looks make sense.
